What changed
The migration moved the developer platform from Azure DevOps to GitHub. This is a completed delivery outcome; the user count describes the migration scope.
My contribution
This migration was part of my enterprise platform work. My broader experience spans software engineering, Head of Platform responsibilities, cloud architecture and DevSecOps, followed by leadership of enterprise AI-SDLC transformation.
Why the platform matters for AI delivery
AI-assisted changes still depend on repository access, CI/CD, security checks and accountable reviewers. A useful agent workflow has to fit those controls and leave a team able to operate and maintain it.
In a new engagement, I start with the delivery environment: how changes are tested and released, who owns access, and how reliability and cost are managed. We then agree the platform change or AI workflow that addresses your specific problem.
Cloud and platform support
You can engage me for an AWS architecture review, a CI/CD improvement, a platform migration or a cloud cost problem. We agree the deliverable and acceptance criteria for your environment, whether or not AI is part of the scope.
