I operate through a UK-registered company and work async-first with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and Heads of AI Transformation.
I lead the transformation, not only the diagnosis. The four-week Transformation Assessment is Phase 1. What follows is the build: the operating model, governed pilots, agent workflows, review gates, and the measurement system, then a scale phase that carries it across the organisation. The assessment exists so you can buy four weeks instead of approving a programme on day one.
That work is principal-led and delivered through your own engineering organisation. I design the system, lead the first pilots, set the patterns, and train the team leads and champions who scale it. What scales is the system and the engineers you already employ, not consultant headcount.
The work is specific: Copilot adoption and governance, AI Champions, role-based custom agents, human-review gates, and a measurement system for AI value. DevOps is the technical foundation that lets that system sit inside real enterprise delivery.
The technical foundation is 15+ years deep. I progressed from software engineering to Head of Platform, then into enterprise DevSecOps, cloud, FinOps and AI-assisted engineering. The work includes AWS and scientific R&D workflows, evaluation-led AI search, GitHub Enterprise, Terraform, Kubernetes and security engineering. That breadth matters because AI-SDLC transformation has to survive contact with the delivery system already in place.
The public evidence is three stories: enterprise AI-SDLC transformation supporting 10,000+ engineers, agentic mainframe-modernisation planning compressed from about a year to weeks, and a governed eight-role agent operating system. The platform foundation included moving 14,000+ users from Azure DevOps to GitHub. Adoption was scaled through communities, office hours and technical sessions reaching audiences of up to 3,000 engineers.
