I operate through a UK-registered company and work directly with CTOs and engineering leaders. You can start with one team, one repository and one engineering task, whether you are introducing AI or improving how it is already used.
Work with me directly. Start with part-time consulting or a scoped implementation in AI-assisted engineering, developer enablement or cloud architecture. We agree priorities, paid hours and availability around your team. A four-week Transformation Assessment is also available when you need a wider baseline and roadmap.
I work alongside your engineers to implement the agreed change, check the result and hand over usable guidance. For wider adoption, I help team leads and champions extend the practices that prove useful. The first engagement can stand on its own; an organisation-wide programme is optional.
The work is specific: repository context and instructions, AI-assisted implementation and tests, agent workflows, human review and recorded results. Where needed, I also work on AI enablement, governance and measurement. Cloud, CI/CD, permissions and observability help make those workflows reliable in your own environment.
The technical foundation is 15+ years deep. I progressed from software engineering to Head of Platform, then into enterprise DevSecOps, cloud, FinOps and AI-assisted engineering. The work includes AWS and scientific R&D workflows, evaluation-led AI search, GitHub Enterprise, Terraform, Kubernetes and security engineering. I work on cloud and platform engagements in their own right. The same foundations matter for AI-assisted delivery: identity and permissions, reliable CI/CD, security checks, observability and cost ownership.
The portfolio brings together enterprise AI-SDLC transformation supporting 10,000+ engineers and general approaches to AI-assisted legacy modernisation and governed agent workflows. The approach pages explain how I would structure the work; they are not claims of client results. The platform foundation included moving 14,000+ users from Azure DevOps to GitHub. Adoption was scaled through communities, office hours and technical sessions reaching audiences of up to 3,000 engineers.
My background includes earning AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional and GitHub Advanced Security certifications, a B.Sc. in Computer Software Engineering, and two Toptal conference appearances.
