The work is specific: AI-to-production cycle time, PR review load, governance posture, delivery risk, usage quality, and spend attribution. It is not a generic AI strategy workshop, prompt-training engagement, or managed delivery retainer.
My background is enterprise software delivery and AI adoption at scale. I use that lens to help leadership decide what to scale, what to fix, and what to stop before renewal, expansion, board reporting, or governance review.
